that the sellers will sell the items
and that the buyers will purchase

A listing will only be refused if
we find discover that it is improper
or fraudulent. Any other reason will
be made available with 48 hours of
refusal

example in dollars. All tax obligations are the responsibility
of the seller and/or the buyer (as the parties determine).
